Proceeds from this Festival will be donated to the International Temples Project founded by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche – an international fund dedicated to public benefit.
The emphasis for the Asian Festival 2022 is on in-person attendance, but it will be possible to participate online if you are not able to attend in person.
Please read the following information carefully:
- Online participation is open to people who live in Asia, and who are unable to attend in person for reasons such as disability, long-distance, or limited in-person places.
- You will need to choose either in-person or online at the time of booking. You will not be able to book for both.
- Registration is necessary: Links are intended for the registered recipient only and should not be shared.
- Bookings cannot be transferred to another person.
Recorded Video-on-demand only:
- Video Links will be sent out on Monday 19 December, and the videos will be available to watch from 26 December 2022 – 08 January 2023. This excludes the Empowerment session, which will only be available 24 hrs until 27 Dec 08:00hrs.
Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
(all dates/ times refer to SGT/ HKT time).
Festival Fee:
- The festival fee for online attendance is S$290 (Singapore Dollars) for the whole event.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations: S$10 admin fee will be retained for all cancellations up to (14 December 7.30pm), after this the Festival Fee is fully non-refundable.
- Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.
- Exceptions to the refund policy may be made for individuals in cases of sickness or bereavement; you should apply by e-mail to the KMC Singapore (admin@nkt-kmc-singapore.org) within 2 weeks of the end of the Festival.
Amendments: If possible, the Asian Festival 2022 will be held as announced in the publicity; however, the teacher, teaching topic, timetable, dates, and location are subject to changes.

Translation:
All Teachings and Meditations sessions will be conducted in English.
- Audio translation will be available in Cantonese, Mandarin and Vietnamese.
- You will receive video-on-demand links only for the language that you booked.
- For the Introduction session on Friday, an audio-on-demand link will be provided for participants in China.
Audio Recordings:
Audio recordings are of the teaching sessions only, in the language that you booked, and do not include the guided meditations. These may be purchased at the time of booking or purchased later up to one week after the Festival.
- The final date for purchasing audio recordings is 08 January 2023.
- Recordings are for the sole use of the registered recipient and should not be shared.

法會費用：
- 網上參加整個法會的費用是星加坡幣290元。
- 報名時需全額付款。
- 取消：12月14日晚上7:30之前所有的取消將收取星加坡幣10元行政費，在這之後的法會費用全部不予退還。
- 任何因取消而產生的不退款費用將捐給新噶當巴傳承 – 國際噶當巴佛教聯盟的「國際寺廟計畫」。
- 在生病或喪親情況下的個人退款政策可能會有例外；請在法會結束後的兩周內發郵件到新加坡噶當巴禪修中心 (admin@nkt-kmc-singapore.org) 申請。
修改：如果可以，2022年亞洲法會將按照宣傳中公佈的內容舉行。然而，老師、教學主題、時間表、日期和地點可能會有變更。
