Terms of Booking<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. Please make one booking per person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. You will need to choose either in-person or online participation at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Pre-registration is necessary. It is necessary to have booked and paid in full prior to arrival in-person.\u2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You will receive an email confirming the details of your booking and payment.\u2028\u2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The festival fee(s) does not include accommodation for in-person participation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Accommodation at venue hotel may be separately booked by participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Amendments: If possible the Asian Festival 2026 will be held as announced in the publicity; however, the teaching, teaching topic, timetable, dates and location are subject to change.\u2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. For avoidance of doubt, where not specified, all dates and times on the website refer to calendar year 2026 and SG timezone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    8\u201315 years: 50% discount
    16+ years: Adult price<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cancellation and Refund Policy
    <\/strong>Full payment is required at the time of booking.\u2028 Cancellations: For whole event, S$50 deposit is non-refundable; for per-day booking, S$10 deposit is non-refundable, in case of cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the festival. After this, the festival fee is fully non-refundable.\u2028 Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.\u2028 Exceptions to the refund policy may be made in cases of sickness, bereavement, or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances; you should apply by e-mail to KMC Singapore (admin@nkt-kmc-singapore.org) within 2 weeks of the end of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Translation<\/strong>
    All teachings and meditations are conducted in English. Audio translation will be available in Vietnamese, Mandarin and Cantonese. We will use the LiveVoice app for in-person translation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Audio Recordings<\/strong>
    Audio recordings are of the teaching sessions only, in the language that you booked, and do not include the guided meditations. These may be purchased at the time of booking or later, by 27 Dec 2026. You must have booked to attend the festival. Recordings are for the sole use of the registered recipient and may not be shared or in any way distributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Photography and Video policy<\/strong>
    The event may be photographed and\/ or recorded on video. Images or video recording footage that include participants may be captured, and may be used on our website, and\/ or for publication, print or social media. Participation in the event in-person is conditioned upon consent to such use. If you would like to request to exclude the usage of photographs or video footages taken of you, please contact event organizer at admin@nkt-kmc-singapore.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
